Attendance
For the protection of your child, we are asking parents to call the school attendance office at 457-3140 anytime their child is absent.
We are asking that this be done as early in the day as possible.
All absences must be cleared within 72 hours or they will remain unexcused tardiness.
Classes start at 8:00 a.m. Students are considered tardy after 8:05 a.m. and will need to report to the office for a tardy slip. Every effort needs to be made to make sure that your child gets to school on time. A few minutes a day may not seem like much but it does add up over the school year. Being late 5 minutes a day adds up to 25 minutes a week which adds up to nearly 2 hours a month. We cannot teach your child if he/she is not in school. Your cooperation is very important. Teach your child the habit of being on time and ready for school!
